Stop Making Excuses, Make Improvements

If you've been following along since the last post, hello again! If you haven't, go read the post :)

I haven't been in the gym since the first month of college, basically since I've gotten a job. My current strategy is to locate what my free time looks like outside of classes and work next semester. Honestly, if it means waking up around 6 so be it! It would only be 3 days out of my whole week.

You may wonder why am I planning how I am going to make time for the gym next semester. Well, why do you think I started writing this blog? Just another example of how hobbies can benefit your productivity and overall wellbeing! I, just like my viewers, strive to be more productive every day. Of course sometimes you'll have an off day and your body needs rest. Give yourself the appropriate time you need, and get back to it!

Additionally, exercise is so important to the human body. When I was in the gym 3-5 days a week, my body felt so much more energetic, I slept better, I ate better, and of course I felt better. This is something I value so much in my life and I have definitely noticed the changes since I have not been exercising.

So, the game plan is to 1. find when I would regularly have the time to go. Planning things out helps me to feel more organized, and I love crossing things off a checklist. Next, ensure I go. Exercise is not always about motivation, it's more about discipline. I know I will have to keep this up for at least a month before my body starts to crave it again.

Anyways, I am so happy I got to share my random thoughts with you all. Thank you so much for reading, I hope you could relate to something in my posts. As always, stay positive :)
